The team is comprised of highly functional and experienced individuals that have a combination of Indian and international experience   Key Responsibility Areas:  - Coordination on day to day basis with Treasury, Taxation, Costing, Credit Control and Internal Audit.  - Regular monitoring of advance payments. Control and monitor disbursements.  - Maintenance of Internal Checks and Controls relating to Disbursements and Accounting  - Ensuring Invoice Approval and Payments as per contractual terms  - Controlling and Monitoring Expenses with given benchmark.  - Preparing the MIS Reports, Cash & Fund Flow Statement, Balance Sheet and other financial reports.  - MIS to equity partners.  - Overseeing financial statements including Trial Balance, Profit & Loss A/c., Age-Wise Accounts Payables & Receivables Statements and Balance Sheet.  - Ensuring availability of funds for effective accomplishment of project, and statutory obligations in compliance with time & accuracy norms.  - Working towards implementation of the effective Internal Control System.  - Ensuring compliance of Statutory Audit, Internal Audit & Interim Audit.
