As head of the Program Management Unit ( PMU) to be set-up in line with the MoU, he / she will work on the roll out of the program including but not limited to the following activities:

Program strategy, Planning, team, Implementation and schedule management

Understanding the requirements of the various stakeholders, define correct objectives and program priorities, activities, people, etc.

Actively drive and / or participate in key committees / teams, workshops, meetings, visits, etc. to help define and influence the correct decisions and implementation of the programs

Develop (on own or through team) key frameworks, tools and processes, select the right options/partners as well as monitor the correct implementation of the programs as designed.

Orienting and building buy-in as required from the headmasters, district education officers and any other relevant people in the eco-system

Aligning the program implementation to NSQF guidelines

Managing the setting up of laboratories for the vocations at the different schools under the programs running the EOI, following up to see if labs setup etc.

Running the VTP and Trainer selection process

Train the trainer programs and the master trainer programs for the state

Meet budgets.

Team development.

Ensure success of all aspects of the MoU

Representation of authority at par with the SPD of the State. Ability to put forth not just what we can do but more importantly what we do not or cannot do with the leadership at the State tactfully and with sound reasoning in a timely manner.

Building a mutually strong, trusting and responsive relationship at the States leadership level with the Secretary, SPD and other key officials

Keeping execution on track for desired outcomes project management, interim and ultimate outcome measurement, team recruitment, training and mentoring, high energy to solve tactical solutions to day to day issues, strategic input back to the content, deployment team

Incumbent should have at least 18+ years of experience.

Ability to interface with senior Industry Executives, Government Officials, Academia and Subject Matter Experts, etc. must.

Build excitement and common purpose and drive coordinated actions towards a purpose.

Work smoothly as part of a team. Ability to work with cross-functional teams must.

This is a mid level leadership role will come with a designation and responsibilities which assume a fair degree of autonomy in decision making within the scope of the program.

Educational Qualifications :

Masters degree in Business, Social Work or other equivalent degree

Bachelors degree (Honours) from a reputed college/ university.

Strong academic background (grades, institutions).

Note: Preferably candidates from Jaipur or in and around Jaipur.
