The Job: Spearhead the program management office for the defined region with accountability to the program sponsor, Head of Dept &amp; CXO and bring structure and predictability in driving execution of large initiatives. Your Profile: - You have the cross-functional business acumen to understand interdependencies and sensitivities. - You motivate and inspire people to keep the program moving toward successful completion. - You are an excellent communicator. - You are skillful in managing both internal &amp; external stakeholder relationships. - You possess the expert knowledge to identify opportunities for change and the ability to convey the need for change. - You hold a BE and MBA degree from a reputed institution/college. - You have 10-15 years of relevant work experience. - Telecom experience is mandatory.
