Roles and Responsibilities

- Responsible for both topline and bottom-line of the P&L.

- Design long term and short term strategy to set milestones to monitor progress.

- Robust analysis of business and Market data to ensure data based planning and decisions.

- Execute local marketing strategies and user growth campaigns, identify and build strategic alliances with enterprise customers.

- Represent the organization at local events and with local PR, manage local regulatory concerns and local politics.

- Help scale the city through developing and sharing best practices

- Continue to grow revenues and customer base in the area.

Experience & Skills

- 6 + years of experience post qualification

- Education from Top Institutes

- Ground level sales experience, handled operations and P&L for a large organization

- Very strong on business operations fundamentals, conceptual thought process

- Strong analytical skills

- Very strong in influencing and driving change behaviors

- Believes in enterprise success through collaboration and making others succeed.

- Strong on Process centricity and ability question status quo

- Stakeholder obsessive & ability to bring his/her mind share 100% when required.
