Head - Products & Solutions- B2B Network

- The person would be responsible for creating end to end stitched journeys for all Business Products - Private Networks/IoT/MPLS/SDWAN/BoD/ILL/IWAN/FWA. She would be working as a single SPOC for all business teams to understand the market requirement and design the network accordingly.

- She would be responsible to reach out to the customers to understand their requirement and build solutions.

- She would be required to simplify, streamline the process and ways of working for existing/upcoming product/solution.

Job description :

- To plan the product strategy and get it implemented for all the Airtel Business new products.

- To lead a team of Network Product Managers to drive all new products and solutions for Airtel Business

- To build the end to end , complete digital journey at all network touch points for all the products from ideation to planning, delivery and assurance stage.

- To build a team of SMEs to lead the end to end network journey for all products as Private Networks, SDWAN, IoT, BoD, IWAN, FWA.

- To drive product development of the digital infrastructure to offer high-quality products to enterprise customers.

- Digitizing the entire life cycle of the customer journey for all products across B2B.

- Engage with business teams and customers to understand the market trends and work with NPD CFT to create the new products and solutions accordingly.
