- Expertise/significant exposure to B2C/D2C/retail industry - Someone who can help build the platform - Experience in building large-scale products/PaaS/B2B2C setups, preferably on the consumer side - An in-depth understanding of one or more of the following: digital marketing platforms, loyalty and payments/financial services. - International experience is a plus. - Experience of building/enhancing consumer-facing apps - 3+ years experience in managing medium-to-large teams - 10-15 years experience, with a majority of it in product/customer-facing roles - Bachelors- degree is a must; Post-graduate preferred
