- We're looking for Head of Products - who will manage the Product Development and lead the engineering teams delivering these Enterprise Product/Platforms. He/She would be a strong engineering / product leader reporting to CEO who drives excellence in all aspects of engineering disciplines such as design, development, analytics and quality assurance.

- This role provides a considerable opportunity for ingenuity to deliver cutting edge innovation. Define the long-term strategy and vision for the product, leveraging broad customer research, customer experience and new technologies to deliver features to our customers.

- This role will own the budget towards managing the product development, staffing and processes related to the PDLC, and is accountable for the effectiveness and continuous improvement of these organizational capabilities.

Desired Candidate profile :

- 20+ years of experience.

- Last 5 years of experience as Product Head developing Enterprise grade products and/or platforms backed by big data / AI / cloud delivery capabilities in fast-paced environment

- Technically hands on (not afraid to roll up his sleeves and architect / design / code / test / troubleshoot) ideally someone whos moved from a tech lead role to product delivery

- Experience managing, engaging and inspring highly motivated and skilled tech leads and engineers across multiple teams in the organization.

- Obsessed with creating delightful product experiences for enterprise customers

- Ability to make judgement calls in the face of ambiguity by evaluating trafeoffs and executing and making course corrections along the way.

- Ability to work well with cross-functional teams, the leadership and internal / external stakeholders. Ability to communicate across different layers is key.

- Previous background analysing and improving work processes and value chains and demonstrated positive outcomes.

- Strong strategic planning and program management skills.

- Comfortable with a broad set of web, middleware, integration and backend technologies (example Java, Javascript, React, databases, SQL and NoSQL technology alternaives, caching, web servers, messaging platforms), public cloud providers and related tech stacks, big data, spark / Scala, AI / NLP / NLU/ Chatbots, RPA tools, different architecture paradigms and related tradeoffs, CI / CD Pipelines, production monitoring (example ELK stack), SRE capabilities and support.

- Cloud, Security, versioning and other aspects of Product Management including but not limited to regulatory compliances, certifications.

- Can-do attitude and ability. Be a true go-getter and a positive force in the company.

- The candidate must possess strong communication & presentation skills and the ability to communicate at different levels in the organization
