Head - Products

The Head - Products will lead teams with focus on enhancing the definition and growth of products in its market. This role is the primary driver of executing the product vision and overseeing the development and management of the product's roadmap based on the adopted strategies. An integral part of their charter would be leading product strategy, design, research, roadmap, marketing, and pricing, whilst tracking revenue metrics and profitability.

Responsibilities : 

- Define the problems that needs to be solved in the market, identify gaps in solutions available in the market, and quantify opportunities for commercialisation

- Manifest product mission/vision into roadmaps, goals & milestones

- Continually assess the competitive landscape

- Manage all elements of Product Pricing and Service feature sets

- Own the User Experience & User Journey requirements

- Lead the product team and coach them through feature analysis, and prioritisation

- Guide business and product requirements documentation for efficient planning of sprints

- Develop a consistent feedback loop with product users / customers

Requirements : 

- Master's in Software Engineering, Design or business management, or any other related fields

- 6+ years in product management/owner roles, with 3+ years- experience as head of product (leading multiple product teams)

- Experience working in both startup and established organizations

- Proficiency with agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, etc.

- Proficiency in prioritization frameworks such as RICE, Kano, MoSCoW etc.

- Proven record in product development, analytics, computer programming, or design

- Solid expertise in project management and product ownership

- A never-ending drive to make products better

- Ability to collaboratively guide, inspire and influence diverse stakeholders

- Strong in budgeting and team-leading

- In-depth knowledge of Agile methodology for product development

- Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
