Head - Production Support - BFS

- Solid experience of managing large teams and proven leadership capabilities with complete SDLC expertise.

- Ability to negotiate, influence and work with project team, business peers, several stakeholders and management at various levels.

- Experience of working in production support environment.

- Highly proficient written and verbal communication skills in the English language.

- Capable of develop and drive thought leadership, strategic, problem solving, decision making and abstract thinking.

- Leads, guides, inspires, motivates and directs teams to achieve business objectives.

- Demonstrate by working with others in analyzing and recommending solutions pertaining to production support operations.

- Has good experience in designing, developing and deploying heterogeneous enterprise applications in Distributed and/or Mainframe technology stack.

- Has good experience in production support operations/delivering application managed services

- Preferable domain experience in Financial industry

- Excellent Crisis Management skills

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- Strong data analysis and data mining skills

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Desirable to have good understanding of AI/ML Analytics fundamentals.

- Strong leadership skills to encourage the team and cultivate an environment for the team to do their best work
