Head - Production Quality - Acid Plants

Looking for Head of Acid plants (Sulphuric Acid/Phosphoric acid) at Senegal

- Responsible for ensuring production quality and quantity

- Responsible for ensuring production quality and quantity

- Responsible for optimizing process for maximum output ensuring safe and reliable operations along with technical services

- Set up and finalization of KPIs and specific consumptions

- Investigating and trouble shooting of plants /process problems, enhancing plant operations and RCA of process and equipment

- Finalization of MIS Reports like daily production reports, monthly reports and annual reports

- Shutdown and TAM planning

- Plant Capacity enhancement studies

- Plant modifications and improvements in production, quality of products, safety and environment

- Assist and ideate in development of new products and process

- Owner of documentation like Manuals preparation and Standard operating procedures, continuous updating documentation as per modifications/changes

- Risk assessment studies

- Conducting HAZOP Studies for process modifications

- Implement cost saving schemes and reduce Cost of production and Time savings

- Training & skill up gradation of Employees to improve their performance

- Be responsible for all the key performance indices (KPI) of complex including plant, process & personnel safety

- Provide leadership during process upsets and TAM and ensure quick resumption of production

- Coordinate with QA / QC personnel for quality issues and ensure implementation of corrective actions

- Assist in Implementation of incident analysis including FIRs, FARs etc

- Responsible for operation/maintenance for activities involving Process Licensors and equipment manufacturers

- Studying and adapting global best standards in production and quality

- Detailed performance evaluations of plant & machinery (key equipment in particular) and implement corrections if any in consultation with maintenance and technical teams

- Preparation of annual budgets, MIS, production plans
