Head - Production Planning - Manufacturing

This is with one of the leading fast growing manufacturing Company.The company specializes in precision manufacturing, forging, sheet metal fabrication, surface treatments and allied industries. They operates several manufacturing facilities in the US and France, catering to global OEMs.

Essential Job Functions:

- Responsible for communicating with Customer

- Order confirmation for new PO and changes as required for entire planning horizon

- Ensure capacity fulfilment of the factory

- Ensure target OTIF (On Time In Full), CLIP and order

- Generate Management information report

- Plan vs Delivery Report (OTIF, CLIP, Value of Plan vs Production)

- Alert management for possible future failures and plan actions as necessary

- Supervise Planners, Procurement and Logistics function

- Keep a track of New Product Developments continuously with New Product Development Team, take conformations and keep management and customer informed.

- Regular Meeting with Production Head and NPD head
