Head - Production Planning - Manufacturing (10-20 yrs)
Perfumery manufacturing company based in Dubai, UAE.
Qualification: Masters degree in Production/Mechanical with 12-15 years of experience in Manufacturing/Logistics Industries.
The Role holder will responsible for Management of the production and logistics process, production efficiency and control, cost management and ensuring the quality of the products.
Prime Responsibility :
1. To work with quality control managers to develop a standard quality process & ensuring factory employees work to established standards
2. Responsible to keep a close eye on production metrics by constantly analyzing the data to identify any dips in production.
3. Present Production reports based on the data analysis and present them to decision-makers in strategy meetings on a regular basis.
