Head - Production - Packaging Industry (13-27 yrs)

Role :
We are looking for Head Production-Labels (Packaging) based at location Bangalore, he will be responsible for 2 plants one in Bangalore and others in Hyderabad.
This position directly reports to Business Head based at their Corporate Office-India.
KRA's :
- Responsible for overall Productions of Bangalore and Hyderabad plant.
- Monitor process and Quality & review with the Production team.
- Ensure continuous improvement in Product, Process & Quality systems.
- Builds and maintains good working relationships with employees, unions, and management.
- Develop a team below in line with the approved map over plans.
