Head - Production - Manufacturing (15-22 yrs)
Qualification : Full time, regular course, BE Mechanical/Industrial Engineering degree from reputed Institutes of India.
Experience :
- Over 15 years of Production, working with a engineering manufacturing company with minimum 5 years of shop-floor management, independently.
- Good understanding of Quality, PPC, Supply Chain, Engineering, EHS functions.
Skills :
- Hands-on minimum 10 years experience in precision machining, light fabrication, and welding.
- Proven lean tools application knowledge.
Team :
- Should have managed a size of 200 heads shop-floor operations - including managers, supervisors, foremen, workmen etc.
- Good communication skills and MNC fit.
Willing to work out of Faridabad / Gurgaon / Palwal region in Haryana.
