Job Description :

- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Head to oversee our manufacturing processes.

- The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of automotive parts manufacturing processes, and a proven track record of managing and optimizing production processes.

Responsibilities :

- Oversee all aspects of the production process, from raw materials to finished products.

- Develop and implement production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.

- Monitor production metrics and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

- Ensure that all products meet quality standards and customer specifications.

- Manage and mentor production staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to meet production goals.

- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.

- Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering, sales, and quality assurance, to identify opportunities for process improvement and product development.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in production management, preferably in automotive parts manufacturing.

- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

- Experience in Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.

- Knowledge of quality management systems, such as ISO 9001.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
