Our Client is looking for a Head of Products who has the vision, experience, and passion to partner and scale our omnichannel digital presence cloud and integrated suite of solution services.

We do this with an omnichannel digital presence platform and add to it as much or as little design and service as businesses need to help them engage everywhere their customers are.

Responsibilities

- Team Development - The Head of Products oversees the product management team and works closely with solution experts, customer and professional services teams, and engineering team.

- Product Vision and Execution - Own the product vision, ensure that it aligns with the overall company vision. Be an expert on the domain, the market, the trends. Effectively and proactively communicate with internal and external customers and build trusted advisor relationships.
