Head - Product & Technology - Gaming Firm

Our client is a 5 year old online gaming company with market leading games in three segments - Poker, Rummy and Cricket. Their online games are ensured to be safe, trusted and secure for their customers. They have a registered base of over a million users and are working towards the growth of online gaming in the country.

The founders are MIT alumni who bring with them immense tech and business knowledge to provide global level gaming services.

As the Product Head - Technology, you will work closely with the Development Team to deliver winning products

What you will do:

- Managing a games team and the products throughout the product lifecycle

- Defining the product vision and composing written specifications, ensuring functional requirements for new products and features are defined in detail

- Evaluating the quality of ongoing project work efforts and ensuring production proceeds according to schedule

- Gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements

- Defining long-term, short-term and daily work priorities to guide the efforts of the Development Team working in the Scrum approach

- Supporting company's Marketing and Sales Departments in their efforts to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met

- Ensuring new products and features are evaluated for usability and performance, employing focus group testing, when necessary analysing trends in the gaming market and continuously reviewing the competitive landscape

What you need to have:

Qualification : Any

- Good working knowledge of English

- Great communication and interpersonal skills

- Able to work in fast moving, high pressure environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

- Adaptable in your approach and able to operate independently, and as part of a team

- Degree level or higher education

- A minimum of 3 years- experience in product management or business analysis is imperative

- A minimum of 2 years experience in design of games/casino games and the online gaming industry is imperative. Alternative exceptional experience with product management in other areas.
