Accountabilities:
- Lead global delivery for product support
- Responsible for P&L management
- Responsible for managing client expectations on service delivery including KPI improvement plans, service transformation roadmap design and execution.
- Designing and implementing right delivery frameworks to manage complex programs
- People management, client management and driving transformation
Desired Profile:
Education:
UG; BE / BTECH
PG: MBA from a Premier B-School
- 15+ years of experience.
- Prefer atleast 8 yrs with Third Party providers.
- Experience working in captives or clients in the area of Online & Software Products a must
- Understanding of online technologies, cloud-based technology products
- Experience in product support for independent software vendors a must
