OFFERED CTC - negotiable pa approx ; depending upon current CTC, total & relevant years of experience, business volume, education background, interview status.

Job Objective : ( indicative ; subject to discussion during interview )

- Product strategy, Product development, Product offerings, Product positioning, Product roadmap & equivalent.

Key person for Technology - interface with vendor partners and internal stakeholders and provide strategic insights to enhance technology enabled operations, seamless backend-coordination, interface with technology partners & effective Business Analysis / MIS .

Accountabilities : ( indicative ; subject to discussion during interview )

Business Outcomes

- Technology & Operations management for transactions carried out through the iQuippo platform.

- Coordinating with other teams & stakeholders to ensure smooth customer service delivery

- Contracting from a commercial perspective with Technology Partners

KPI's : 

- 100 % coverage.

- No deviation to timelines.

- 0% deviation and ensuring complete coverage.

Risk, Process & Compliance : 

- Setting up operating procedures & process for back-end documentation & data flow

- Coordination with Legal Team on the contracting part and at the same time coordinating with Customer for the same lo manage the business and risk perspective

KPI's :

- Building the SoP and necessary guidelines.

- Identifying the gap and taking necessary action foi rectification with TAT

Industry - FINTECH / WALLET SHARE / BFSI Ecommerce / Retail Ecommerce / Ecommerce aggregators in retail, transportation etc segments. Working as a PRODUCT STRATEGY & PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT HEAD.

Qualification: Btech / BE + MBA OR Equivalent from reputed institutions preferred.

Experience - 8 - 15 yrs. of experience ideally. However candidates with lesser experience with IIT + IIM combination can apply.
