Head - Product & Sales - Excavator (15-24 yrs)
Job Title: Head Product & Sales - Excavator
Level: GM/CGM
Reporting To: Head Sales & Marketing

Experience: 15-20 Years
Qualification: BE/B. Tech (Mech/Automobile)/MBA/PGD (Sales
Key Responsibilities:
1. Target Setting - Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Targets i.e. Delivery, Retail Sales, Collection & SOM.
- Analyze / review the data on forecasting & planning, presented by respective RBMs- .
- Monitoring regional budgets & their effective utilization.
- Ensure daily business output and reports from all Zonal Offices.
- Direct engagement with Clients.
2. Branding & Networking
- Monitoring the weaker area for continuous growth and provide corrective actions.
- Review BTL activities like Competitive Demos, Product Launches & Sales Promotion.
- Facilitate idea generation and exchange of best practices.
- Adhere to sales processes, policies & Marketing tools at all Networks.
3. Product positioning, planning & availability
- Ensuring timely forecast & booking of production slots.
- Coordinating with overseas & local suppliers for timely availability of machines.
- Negotiations with the suppliers to ensure product offerings are competitive & in line with the market requirements/product positioning.
- Product performance benchmarking & monitoring
- Adhering to Daily, weekly & Monthly MIS requirements of the company & principle.
4. Fund Management & Commercials
- Ensure rotation of fund through monitoring.
- Build relationship with Regional Bankers for smooth support of Retail Finance to Dealers.
5. Training
- Ensure Trained manpower.
- Mentoring / Coaching to team for their areas of improvement through timely Reviews and guidance.
6. Team Management
- Close interaction with reportee's on assigned roles.
- Mentoring / motivating team as per their desired level.
- Ensuring vibrancy between the team members and supporting verticals.
- Consideration of emotional aspects of sub-ordinates while taking care of Business needs.
- Complying to the company policies.
7. Administration
- Proper utilization of Manpower as per Budget / need for both, Offroll & Onroll.
8. Business Intelligence (Marketing & Product)
- Competition knowledge and Counter action
- Convert Vision into small missions.
