- Design & implement various product lines - Business Cards, Purchase Cards, Corporate Cards, Central Travel Cards for desired product segments & create pricing strategies
- Managing Portfolio quality - Spends, Income lines, Cost lines, Productivity, NPA tracking
- Market mapping, Segmentation & Opportunity analysis
- Drive System development, Integrations & Customized technology driven product strategies including, interface with Card Schemes / Networks; Expense Management Platforms, Fintech- s
- Creating / Managing partnerships - for usage offers / Rewards/Cashback Management / Sales Acquisition / Co-branding
- End to End P&L responsibility : Productivity drivers, Cost & Revenue drivers for each product line
- Service delivery / communication channels: Digital / Branches / Service desk/ contact center / Mobile Application / Website
- Initiate and manage events / activities / partnerships / sales contests / sales tools - enablers for business generation
