Job Purpose : 1. Responsible for P&amp;L and market share growth by building and managing financial products (equity/derivatives/ 3rd Party products etc) and sales strategies across online (web and mobile ) and offline channels. 2. Design / enhance products as per changing customer needs and market trends. Key Deliverables : 1. Review product specifications and requirements, evaluate new product ideas. 2. Assess market competition by comparing the company's products to competitors' products. 3. Determine product pricing 4. Prepare short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses. We are basically looking for candidates from E Com background having sound technical understanding in terms of building platforms and making them successful in online space.&nbsp; - Candidate must be a smart techy with sharp business acumen - he will be responsible for growing business and increasing market share.&nbsp; - He should understand technical aspects and coding but he will actually not be doing technical/coding work. - Candidate must have overall 8-12 years of work experience including minimum 3 years experience of managing an E-Com platform.
