Key roles & responsibilities :
- Set strategic direction & provide support to design & deliver on initiatives to drive engagement & acquisition of new users
- Own the end-to-end product strategy from inception to determining business value once the solution enters production
- Responsible for customer journeys, features & experience of customers prior to them logging into the app
- Utilize market and industry knowledge to translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for their team
- Incorporate customer & business feedback into product roadmaps, effectively negotiating tradeoffs & conflicting priorities
- Lead conversation rate optimization & analyze customer intent to drive engagement & success rate on key sales funnels
- Work closely with comms, marketing & external partners to direct strategic decisions for the optimization of digital traffic
- Work closely with CPO to establish each product's business value and support messaging, and customer outreach
- Accountable for product specific KPIs once solution enters production and communicate regular tracking to stakeholders
Qualification :
- Academics MBA from Tier I/II business school; minimum of a Bachelors Degree from Tier I/II institutes
- Experience 8+ yrs of product management experience, with 4+ years in FinTechs or Consumer tech; open to others
