About the role: As a Head of Product Marketing you will own product positioning, messaging and value proposition to build and execute on a differentiated go-to-market strategy along with the Inside Sales function. Major Deliverables: - Develop a consistent messaging and positioning for Company across verticals, geographies and channels to help drive marketing KPIs - MQLs, SQLs, Opportunities by understanding your target audience and competition. - Define Company value prop to help differentiate the product in minds of our target audience using content that follows the AIDA framework. - Perform market research and evaluate TAM to create GTM plans for new product lines and geographies. - Develop sales enablement assets including brand decks, sales decks, vertical decks, competitive research, customer case studies etc. to assist the sales team on strategic positioning and value proposition of company - Plan and lead product launches by determining scope, messaging, timing and priorities for marketing tactics to drive product awareness and adoption. - Monitor competitor activity, stay abreast with industry trends, conduct briefings to develop analyst relations and publish product releases for press relations. - Collaborate with the product, engineering and data science team on product roadmap to drive new feature adoption via customer communications and campaigns on the company product. - Drive thought leadership and bottom-of-the-funnel marketing activities such as product webinars, customer case studies, blogs, use case guides and awards that identify customer needs and drive product adoption. - Track and measure feature adoption, represent the voice of the customer and collaborate with product management to influence product roadmap. - Understand and analyze the B2B SaaS funnel holistically and drive conversions across it. - Build, hire and train the Inside Sales/SDR function to increase qualified opportunities that are passed on to sales. Key Skills required: - Communication skills to articulate technical product benefits/capabilities to businesses, written communication and presentation skills, brand strategy and management, SaaS funnel understanding, project management, team leadership, Sales to Marketing hand-offs, Data-driven and process-oriented.
