Description
- Head the digital marketing and Product marketing startegy for the firm
- Overall responsibility of P&L
- Product positioning messaging to target, attract and convert prospects / leads.
- Understanding implementing the mechanisms to reach out to the target personas via various channels ( LinkedIn / Adwords /other campaigns, lead databases, web campaigns, conferences, webinars etc.)
- Go-to-market strategy and launch plans that outline in detail how the product will be promoted and sold
- Deliver business, technical and operational feedback to stakeholders
- Build, develop and mentor a product and digital marketing team while ensuring a continuous evolution of skills, professional growth and expanded responsibilities
- Be a trusted product positioning advisor to the wider marketing team to conceptualize and collaborate on marketing campaigns
Profile
- MBA from Tier 1 College (IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS)
- 8 to 10 years of experience in Sales and Marketing (With minimum 4 years of experience in Digital marketing)
- Ability to build and grow a team of young marketers and P&L owners
- Strong Analytical and Interpersonal skills
