Head - Product Marketing - Consumer Tech (13-18 yrs)

- Managing projects related to Portfolio strategy for the Business

- Lead the consumer led innovation product creation process.

- Responsible for customer acquisition via new product innovations

- Creating & executing the long term and short-term marketing plan to achieve the target.

- Working with the cross-function teams/Group including NPD/R&D/Production/Sales/Supply chain etc

- Drive the technology initiative during the Product development stage for creating a superior consumer experience and a solid value proposition

- Company internal channels: Create surveys or capture information of the sales team and customer support (departments closest to the customer) that may be relevant to enhancing or redirecting the marketing strategies in the future.

- Channels outside the company: Using social media and networks to understand consumer needs, preference, trends, behaviour and choices and deliver accordingly. Provide business units with models to aid targeting and understanding of customer behaviour. Ensure the models are implemented on the database and that business units understand these models.

- To keep updated about the global trends of technology, cost scenario, competition strategy and Intellectual

- To improve by continuously optimizing current formulations through optimizing component and by introducing new technology

- Drive NPD for the category: Lead various cross functions to drive new product development and ensure timely launch into the market.

- Responsible for supporting product design process, mining of consumer relevant innovation and maintaining the health of product portfolio

- Collaborating & coordinating with cross-functional depts., including Supply Chain/Procurement, Packaging, R&D, Production/Manufacturing, Quality, Following the customer centric approach for the implementation of Customer Value Management program.

- Accountable for driving category sales and support sales channels through execution of advertising, promotion and branding activities.

- Mentor & Motivate Sales Team to achieve Primary and Secondary Sales Targets

- Provide Marketing Inputs and Coordinate with National Sales Team for Planning Annual Brand Promotion and Trade Initiatives Calendar for the portfolio
