Develop and champion a world-class product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment of product vision, strategy, and status with the executive leadership team's priorities and vision as well as the team's stakeholders. 2. Define key metrics and measure success against goals. Seek product ideas and feedback from all stakeholders, gather requirements, write specifications and work with development partners to get these implemented. 3. Work on user flows, A/B testing, communication changes/integrations, as well as competitive analysis. 4. Develop a strong understanding of the company's business, industry, customers' pain points, competition, and the broad environment in which they operate. 5. Work cross-functionally with development partners, analytics, marketing, and operations etc, Advocate metric/data-based decision-making. 6. Perform customer research, feedback, usage analytics and competitive analysis to identify new product requirements. 7. Manage project ambiguity, complexity and interdependencies in an organized and structured way and be willing to do what it takes to make the product successful.
