Job Responsibilities:

Purpose of Job:

- Responsible for managing end to end Product and Risk Policy for SME and Retail Asset business of the Organization

Risk Policy Management:

- Develop and write Risk Policy for the various products; New Policy roll outs and monitoring of Schemes. Management of Scheme level caps.

- Product integration/launches changes throughout implementation

- Lead the development, approval, training, communication of product changes and their associated customer, operational, process and systems impact.

- Develop and implement a company wide go to market strategy plan for the new products

- Analyzing and reporting Employee productivity

Knowledge & Skills Required:

- Having handled Product and Policy at Senior levels for SME and Machinery Loans in previous stints.

- Have solely developed and deployed lending products and policies across products in the past

- Very good understanding of risk policy management

- Knowledge Mortgage related legal and technical knowledge.

- Having worked in Banks and NBFCs is a must

Total years of Experience: 8-10 years of experience

Qualification : MBA / PGDM
