Job Overview:

We are looking for a Head of Product who will lead our product vision. He/She should be innovative in solving business problems and continuously improving the current Products for scale. It is expected that the candidate comes with good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills as he/ she is expected to interact with leaders across functions.

Role Description:

- Alignment of Product strategy & roadmaps with the leadership team that will enable the company to launch new capabilities, scale and grow.

- Keep track of product back-log and manage prioritization of features working closely with Engineering teams.

- Partner with end user teams to capture the needs and requirements through market research/ benchmarking and stakeholder discussion.

- Partner with architects and drive technical solutions, support engineering with design finalization.

- Continuously assess the internal product capabilities, evaluate potential for improvement for making the products simple and robust

- Partner with Process Engineering and leadership team to align on long term capabilities in-line with Organizational goals.

- Be diligent in Product testing and own the Product performance through Product life cycle.

- Build high performing team of Product managers and UI/UX designers that will deliver the strategy & vision.

Requirements & Skill Sets:

- Masters in IT/CA or Business administration from Tier I/II Engineering or Business schools.

- At least 10-12 years of experience in delivering products in fast paced environment.

- At least 3-4 years of experience in delivering product vision in a leadership position.

- Come with entrepreneurial bent of mind addressing the business problems.

- Strong analytical, data driven approach for problem solving.

- Demonstrate strong people management skills.
