He/she would be responsible for developing new products and nurturing the existing one's by performing the following duties personally or in collaboration with the team
Roles & Key Responsibilities :
- Identify new products, conduct market research and generate product requirements.
- Drive the Product roadmap, consumer product development, marketing and product penetration
- Create Digital products & Services
- Create prototypes, mocks and workflows to facilitate ideation and brainstorm on customer experience at every touch point.
- Conduct customer research/ interviews and take formal and informal customer feedback for product improvements.
- Determines customer's' key needs; accumulate and refine ideas for new products
- Identify key issues affecting customer experience; prioritize and resolve customer pain points by improving product.
- Forms and presents business cases.
- Make an apt market proposition for a wide range of differentiated products with unique selling proposition.
- Lead research and lay out developmental requirements by assisting in testing as well as packaging of the final product for launch.
- Prepares and delivers quality training for both internal and external partners.
- Liaises closely with sales on all opportunities.
- Develops an early proposition deck to aid sales effort.
- Manages analyst relations and garners client feedback for continuous improvement.

Skills & Competencies :
- Should be Graduate or MBA with 12+ years of experience in consumer product development and product management.
