Head of Product Management - India

Experience: 8-14 years. At least 5 years related work experience in Gaming/B2C digital companies on similar function.

Education: Bachelor's Degree with an MBA from a reputed institution is preferred

Responsibilities and duties -

- Define business operations strategies for one or more games and lead the team to execute the same

- Leading management of publishing programs including esports, game operations & partnerships.

- Liaise with senior management and other stakeholders to develop strategic goals and KPIs

- Planning and monitoring the business performance regularly. Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors

- Hiring and developing the best team for operating various projects & programs.

- Ensure timely delivery of milestones while safeguarding quality of work in accordance with pre-defined project schedule

Requirements -

- Overall experience of 8-14 years of which at least 5 years in Gaming/B2C digital companies on similar function.

- Demonstrated capability in successfully delivering large programs with high impact in developing partnerships/ game operations / esports.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to rally a team to ship a complex solution in ambiguous environments

- Exceptional cross functional skills to influence & manage diverse stakeholders in multiple geographies.

- Regularly seeks out the latest games on Mobile/Console/PC and plays them
