- Define and Digitize World Class, Agile processes across the organization

- Create Digital solutions that help meet unmet needs of our customers and patients
- Lead the - Digital Transformation- vision to create differentiated services in the market.
- Work closely with the BU head and functional heads in the BU to define the - Digital Transformation- strategy and roadmap. Design, conceptualize and initiate Digital transformation projects to disrupt, transform or simplify business model and processes
- Continuously seek inputs on changing business priorities and aligning initiatives in line with the same. Keep the rigour on continuous improvements over existing systems and processes as a ongoing exercise
- Assess impact of change on the ecosystem and roll out change management interventions during implementation of new projects;
- Adherence to Digital Product/Solution Development best practices and processes such as Design Thinking & Agile Scrum for ensuring optimum program outcomes
- 15+ years of experience in leading Digital Initiatives with understanding of technologies such as Mobility, AI, IoT, Platform Thinking, Computer Vision.
