Head - Product Management - Consumer Internet

What is the role?

Title: Head of the Product product leader to join our team in building world-class products that enable giving at scale. You will be the CEO of the product and will be responsible for ideating, developing, and successfully launching new products to domestic and international markets.

What will you do?

- Lead a team of PMs & APMs and own the product roadmap at Give

- Understand the market, and user behaviour and ideate new products

- Outline product requirements, business objectives, product planning and timelines

- Work closely with design, tech, business and marketing teams to develop and successfully launch new products

- Own the entire product development cycle and communicate and collaborate between teams

- Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in the technology landscape

- Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation, and creativity

What are we looking for?

- 8+ years of experience in shipping high-quality and scalable consumer internet products

- A technical BE/B.Tech degree or equivalent, MBA is a plus

- Excellent ability to converse seamlessly and clearly with tech and business

- You are obsessed with data and know how to make data talk

- You think customer first and are unwilling to make compromises on customer experience and usability
