Head - Product Management - B2C (10-15 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead Product Management team for a key vertical
- Determines customers' needs; accumulate and refine ideas for new products.
- Conduct customer research/ interviews and take formal and informal customer feedback for product improvements.
- Lead all aspects of eCommerce platform: consumer facing applications (app/Web), backend products e.g. logistics, supply chain, operations.
- Document use cases for product/feature development.
- Create a data-driven, customer-first mindset
- Build and grow a great product management team
- Reporting to the CPO
Requirements:
- 10+ years of product management experience in B2C products or consulting or running own e commerce company
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering and MBA
- Strong quantitative analysis skills to lend insight to highly ambiguous and sensitive business problems.
- Solid track record of building and shipping multiple products with a high business impact.
- Solid track record of building and leading teams
- Relentless executor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking, tight deadlines environment
Location: Gurgaon/Delhi NCR
