Head - Product Management - B2B Software

Role Purpose :

- Understand Organization vision, direction & priorities

- Oversee a set of 5 existing products and new products development in B2B space

- Build & Deliver the Internal Products as well as products to end-customers in-line with the agreed business & delivery metrics

Key Responsibilities :

- You will be actively involved in Setting goals, budgets and timelines for various products

- Adapt and ensure adherence to good Quality Standards in product development

- Team engagement and retention of key talent and encouraging product mindset

- Build & Mentor domain / technical depth within the engineering teams

- Establish processes, policies, procedures, SLAs and ownership around process and quality

- Establish successful partnership between Delivery & Product management teams

- Deliver Products within budgets and timeline

Desired Candidates Profile :

- BS / MS in CS or related field with around 15 years' experience. A minimum of 5+ years in building and leading world class enterprise software products

- We are looking for a passionate leader that can actively communicate, inspire, motivate & lead technical employees.

- Should have deep knowledge in Cloud & have knowledge in DevOps and Containerization.

- Strong record of engineering excellence including continuous delivery of high quality, large scale SAAS products.

- Excellent Communication skills, Interpersonal Skills and an Assertive Go-getter with a Task & Result oriented approach

- Hands on expertise in implementing distributed architectures and platforms that support security, virtualization, scale, availability, performance, and automation - deployed at scale.

- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills. Able to identify and resolve issues in timely manner
