Head - Product Management (15-25 yrs)

We are looking for candidates with experience relevant to product management, leading offering teams and in delivering business results. As the voice of the business and of users, the Offering Manager should demonstrate following experiences and attributes:

Develop and implement a business strategy (STRAP) for your region to grow the business at or greater than market rates by making the most of product technology, new product development, open innovation, voice of customer, current product portfolio, manufacturing assets and equipment engineering capabilities You will also lead and execute daily commercial operations of your regional business, aligned to the Annual Operating Plan (AOP). This will be done through collaboration with the Product Line Director and cross-functional teams.

- Articulate market opportunities to the broader offering team

- Develop and execute roadmaps, business models and go-to-market plans

- Collaborate closely with design and engineering

- Partner with and enable Sales, Marketing, Finance and Legal

- Understanding of product management and engineering practices and customer experience management

- Build new product pipeline

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

- Fifteen years of product management experience

- An MBA degree or equivalent professional experience

- Both technology and professional experience

- Extensive experience in product marketing and/or other commercial disciplines

- Excellent planning, execution, communication, and project-management skills

- Excellent verbal and written communications

- Good people management skills
