Head - Product - Liabilities - BFS

Primary responsibilities/Job description Roles and Responsibilities :

- To conceptualize, develop, launch and implementation of new liability products

- Requirement gathering and preparation of business requirement document

- To write product manual, process manual, UAT test cases, SOPs in compliance with the regulatory framework

- Driving productivity of branch sales team in terms of both value and numbers

- Monitor the liabilities products performance of competitors to ensure that the bank maintains and develops its competitive position. Maintain an awareness of development in fields of deposits products marketing and research to ensure that the bank continues to compete effectively. Carry out regular market research and present the result to management through Head -Liabilities

Requirements :

- 12 plus years of liability product experience

- Knowledge and in depth understanding of liability products including Current Account, Savings Account and Fixed Deposits

- Hands on experience in digital banking products including mobile & internet banking

- Sound knowledge of compliance Function, KYC/ AML, regulatory framework, internal banking operations

- Excellent communication skills

- Should be innovative, solution orientated

- Should be proactive and prepared to work independently

- Should be a go getter and ready to visit market to understand customer behavior

- Excellent analytical skills & capabilities

- Quick learner

- Proficient in presentations and excel
