What will you be doing? :

- Conducts market research and develops and designs new products on the basis of the research

- Convert customer needs basis the above assessment into agile projects including feature requests, creates detailed requirements, schedules release timelines, and manage sprints appropriately

- Deep understanding of the on-ground customer service experience to identify challenges, define problem statements and conceptualizes technology-driven solutions to solve the problem statements

- Manages and prioritizes the right backlogs while monitoring team velocity

- Solve problems in a manner that allows them to work in the given time frame

- Collaborates with development, engineering, and quality assurance team to assure that the right customer problems are being solved

- Constantly communicates with key management

- Track product use and impact on end-users
