We- re looking for Head of Product Marketing with strong Product and marketing automation flare. Working closely with the President the incumbent would be responsible for driving new product marketing initiatives for the company. The ideal candidate should be both strategic and detail-oriented with exceptional data analysis skills, has proven product management experience, should have worked in product marketing tools and is equally comfortable working with all stakeholders. The work environment is fast-paced and results driven. Responsibilities: Product Marketing - Taking end-to-end ownership of the Product Marketing Vision and Product Marketing Roadmap, writing / reviewing product marketing and marketing automation specs. - Assist in developing product strategy and roadmap for Junglee Games products. The product marketing roadmap is created by analyzing and prioritizing key features for the growth of marketing, both retention as well as acquisition. - Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth. - The role requires you to not only be an expert of the Market Trends and customer requirements but also to be a Visionary who can think out of the box and introduce new trends in the market. - Thinking about customer loyalty using product marketing features. - Deeply understanding the KPIs that drive growth, planning AB tests/experiments with result oriented approach to driving decisions. - Understanding and ensuring that Product Operations are driven smoothly and automating as much of operations as possible. Tournaments - Work on scaling up of tournaments and ensuring all major KPIs of acquisition and retention are met by tournaments - Ensuring product enhancements in tournaments to sustain a growth of tournaments - Work in the direction of making Junglee Rummy #1 in tournaments in the country - Building synergy and Cohesive Environment - Work with Marketing leads from Retention, Acquisition, Brand, Consumer Research, Corporate Development and others to develop and execute integrated marketing plans through all phases of product development. - Interface with all relevant stakeholders to drive timely, seamless and successful rollouts/launches. - Drive for answers to business questions via hands-on exploration of data using SQL, Excel, statistical analysis and business intelligence tools. - Work with Game Designers, Producers and Engineers to create the best gameplay and service experience for players. - Being the SPOC for channelizing communication both internal/external for product marketing and Marketing Operations. - Being transparent and respectful, while also being driven by data to take any decision would be a key to success in this role. - As a product leader, you need to have internal evangelism and must be able to inspire and motivate your Team and get everyone to work in the same direction. Skills &amp; Qualification : - 5+ years of product marketing management or data-driven business analyst experience. - The analytical, data-driven thinker who enjoys problem-solving. You should be expert level with statistics, writing SQL statements and modeling in Excel. - Must have the passion to self-motivate, the guile to sell your ideas to other stakeholders, and the drive to execute those ideas cross-functionally - Love for games and creating fun, compelling and addictive user experiences Education: BE/B Tech. MBA degree a plus
