Role Overview :

The incumbent will be passionate about building products that customers love. They will be in a dynamic, fast paced environment wherein they will work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll out products that deliver the company's vision and strategy.

Key Responsibilities :

- Create & execute a product road-map in line with Strategic plans of the organization

- Build and manage consumer facing products that cater to millions of users that visit or use our platform on a daily basis

- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth

- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes

- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact

- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources

Preferred Candidate Profile :

Experience :

- Overall 10-12 yrs in Product Management

- 3-4 years in Product Leadership role

- Qualitative Experience

- Managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle

- Using Scrum and Agile Methodologies

- Building or managing Financial/Lending products

- Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies (added advantage)

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preference given to top tier colleges)

- MBA from top tier school (preferable)

Key Competencies/Skills :

- Excellent communication - written and verbal

- Analytical/Data-Driven Decision-Making Approach

- Strong people leadership

- Influencing skills
