Job Purpose

1. Responsible for P&L and market share growth by building and managing financial products (equity/derivatives/ 3rd Party products etc) and sales strategies across online (web and mobile ) and offline channels.

2. Design / enhance products as per changing customer needs and market trends.

Key Deliverables

1. Review product specifications and requirements, evaluate new product ideas.

2. Assess market competition by comparing the company's products to competitors' products.

3. Determine product pricing

4. Prepare short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses.

Qualifications

1. Graduate + Full-time MBA from Tier 1 / Tier 2 Institutes

2. 8 - 10 years of overall experience in sales and marketing in Financials Services domain (minimum 4 years experience in equity market products is MUST)

3. Proven track record in driving Product Innovation and Differentiation leading to share gain and revenue growth.
