The key purpose of the role is to lead product engineering function and will be responsible for the entire technology stack across organisation from backend to front end. Someone who integrate the whole piece and bring it together seamlessly - Drive Strategy and planning across all three - Product development, Platform and Technology teams to ensure their alignment with short-term and long-term organization objectives.

- Develop technology architecture and solutions for different product groups and businesses.

- Build technology, program and product management processes to make the development processes agile and responsive.

- Develop architecture/ technical design across multiple software products and also help standardize the technology stack, components/ services, design patterns, architecture & design guidelines, tech process guidelines across products.

- Set up the technology and infrastructure to deliver multiple complex simultaneous system development projects from design through to release.

- Lead the industry and incorporating and deploying leading edge technology solutions for business problems.

- Shape technology strategy and help in introduction of new technical services/ tools/programming languages as per requirement, via proof-of-concepts/ pilots with new technologies.

- Primarily focus on backend & frontend integrations , web,mobile frontend apps and Intelligent Automation including RPA, Conversation AI e.t.c.

- This role will be mostly focused on full stack web and mobile apps and will need to demonstrate good expertise cloud native apps.

- Will help continuously improve tech architecture, processes, guidelines, in-house capability/ skills of engineers to achieve positive outcomes on reliability, performance, cost, security and operational excellence parameters on our product portfolio.
