Responsibility :

Head of Technology/ Product Engineering

Innovate, design

- Manage Product landscape

- Plan, strategize

- Understand competition technology

- Understanding customer problem ( thus domain and speaking the customer language is key.

Manage entire Product Development team, Tech Architect, Leads

Interact with CEO on regular basis on delivery and client demands
