Basic Qualifications - 18+ years experience planning, designing, developing and delivering software. - 13+ years of experience as a people manager in a software development organization. - Hands-on experience leading 100+ tech teams in a product development organization. - Strong experience influencing and delivering results in a matrix environment - Experience in development of distributed/scalable systems and high-volume transaction applications - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences. - High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications - Knowledge of Analytics, Big Data processing, and Machine Learning - Experience designing and developing large scale, high traffic applications. - Experience managing multiple projects and teams in an Agile environment. - Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
