The Job The candidate will be responsible for managing overall Product engineering (Manage Technical Debt, Saasification, Architecting, etc.) for all existing and new products being envisaged - driving strong client satisfaction and be conscious of cloud and profitability. The candidate will build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and demonstrate the appropriate level of gravitas in engaging with CXOs. - She/He will build/ strengthen the product engineering team and lay a process centric approach to achieve key outcomes of client satisfaction, employee satisfaction, revenue, and profitability. - She/He will focus on improving technology/engineering to best-in-class eking out quarter-on-quarter improvements through technology roadmaps. - Technology Improvement and Automation will be key levers she/he has to be competent in. - She/He must be a natural leader and needs to groom internal teams to deliver successful outcomes and to take on additional responsibilities. The Candidate - 12-20 years of experience in Product Engineering driving B2B IT product/services - Currently Manager / Sr Manager Soft Engg, Product Development leading a team - Experience in a Products/SaaS/ IT services organization - Knowledge of Java, Python, Visual Basic - Knowledge of MYSQL, MSSQL and NO SQL databases. - Knowledge of Agile / SCRUM / SDLC / Product Management - Knowledge of SaaS, AWS / AZURE
