We are looking for an Engineering leader to lead the engineering team who will handle all technical aspects of the b2b platform development. You will build and motivate a development team to deliver its product engineering objectives The Role / Qualifications: - Looking for a leader with 12 + Years of experience in software product development with atleast 3 years of experience in leading an engineering team - Experience of taking at least one enterprise product through its entire product development life cycle in a successful software product start-up is valuable - Experience with SaaS platforms is a plus - Experience in architecture design and development of highly secure data intensive applications with lowest latency. - Strong full stack development skills, with experience developing n-tier web applications - Good knowledge of languages like Java, Python and web technologies (e.g. Javascript, HTML, CSS) - Expertise in front end and backend JS frameworks (e.g React JS, Angular, Node.js,) - Experience working in Agile frameworks and project management tools (e.g. Atlassian, Git) - Knowledge of deployment of distributed RESTful search platforms (like Elastic or Solr)
