Head - Product Development - NBFC

Job Description & Responsibilities -

- More than 8+ years of extensive experience in banking and or financial services with exposure to all secured and unsecured loans.

- An astute planner, strategist & implementer with demonstrated abilities in devising new products for the acceleration of business growth.

- Coordinating with cross-functional teams like Operations, Credit, Technology and Sales, to create and continuously enable changes in changes in application form, workflows, policies etc

- Defining new processes and documenting of processes related to the loan life-cycle

- Undertaking projects to identify gaps in processes and initiate corrective action wherever required, including improvement in end-to-end login-to-disbursement turnaround time

- Constantly evaluate business requirements and prioritize requirements for maximum ROI.

- Breakdown the product vision into user stories, create storyboards, write specifications, prioritize features, build consensus, and coordinate product schedules with a team of engineers and designers-

- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products

- Monitoring & improving lead-to-login, login-to-approval & approval-to-disbursement ratios

- Strategically responsible for customer experience - Innovation, Conceptualize and Implement Digitization of customer service framework, Product development and management, New CRM implementation and integration, Automation of customer service processes, and redesigning of core system to support mobility

- Taking complete ownership of user experience across all our products

- Create prototypes and design flow; present the mock designs to the team/ management and seek approval to take live

- Driving digital penetration of customers through various initiatives and projects

- Lead the development of project plans, schedules, budgets, and appropriate systems documentation

- Define and analyze performance metrics & prepare project status and feature

- Excellent Awareness of business life cycle in the domain and capacity to grasp opportunities from competition, develop business as per set targets

JOB DESCRIPTION FORMAT

- Hands on understanding in Product development, Product Life Cycle, Credit Analysis, Strategy Planning, Market Penetration, Marketing & Business numbers

- Knowledge of legal/ technical/ valuation process to administer the assigned deliveries from sourcing to disbursement and further insuring repayment.

Leading Channel Development

- Leading, training & monitoring the team members to ensure efficiency in sales & collection operations and meeting of individual & group targets

- Monitoring operations across DSA, And Alternate Channels including Referrals and DSA for sourcing and increasing business.

The incumbent would strategise P&L management and own the operationalisation of this business, wherein he would assess and disburse secured and unsecured loans.
