Job Description :

The Product Executive will be deeply involved in influencing product roadmaps, architecture & user experience design; enabling direct client interactions & demoes for teams in India; liaising with Business, Marketing and Sales partners to drive higher efficiencies in organization readiness. The leader will empower & encourage associates to build simple effortless client experiences, drive profitability of products & inspire associates to adopt an entrepreneurial mindset by example. The leader should be able to demonstrate passion for building a high performing organization, high empathy towards associates, values, confidence and technology curiosity as core competencies. The Product executive must sustain the high accountability & ownership culture in the scrum teams, introduce best practices from various agile frameworks and enable teams to apply learnings from retrospectives to improvise product development & support processes. The leader should embody the values and be a torch bearer of vision. The Head, Global Product Team, India should actively lead and participate in global or local initiatives aligned to ADP goals in true collaboration with key stakeholders and partners.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- B.Tech / MBA having 18+ years of hands-on experience with full product life cycle development (conceptualization, architecture, design, development, delivery, etc.) and should be leading large teams of atleast 800 - 2000 team.

(Experience in IT / Software Delivery / IT Infrastructure is not suitable).

- Significant experience in managing global stakeholders, influencing executive leadership, collaborating with business stakeholders, direct interactions with client and a team player.

- Experience in building high performing organizations including acquiring and developing high potential talent, leading large global teams and creating a high-performance culture

- Experience in operating in a highly agile & dynamic environment

- Experience in building a good engineering culture

- Strong product development fundamentals (design patterns, database schema design, data modeling, API design and considerations, design by promise, quality concepts including TDD & BDD approaches)

- Rich experience in diverse technology stack, integration technologies, databases, and Machine learning

- Strong technical acumen and past experiences in leading Product Management and UX
