Position: Head Product Development

Job Summary:

The Product Development Head will be responsible to create products by translating high level product requirements into product design specification and development of excellent quality software product. This person will work with user interface designers, development engineers and product manager to develop excellent product.

Key Responsibilities:

- Development of innovative products as specified by Product Manager on time and with excellent quality.

- Rapid development of multiple products in the areas of video analytics, security allied products, data analytics and dashboards.

- Experience in Scrum and waterfall methodology of development.

- Nurturing and developing a high quality set of software development professionals.

- Leading key initiative of CMMI level 3 and 5 certification.

Experience:

- 8-15 years experience in product development.

- Experience in video data based products and analytics is preferred.

- Experience in Microsoft, Java , Cloud technologies and Analytics.

- Language C++ Knowledge
