- Dairy Technologist with around 12-15 Years of Work Exp in reputed MNCs handling Milk, Ice Creams, Chocolates and exposure to Non-Dairy Products (Nuts & Flavouring/Seasoning Systems)
- Should have developed products in Liquid/Flavoured Milk, Chocolate and Health Space. Good Understanding of Ingredients, Flavouring Systems and Formulations
60 % Weightage - Experience in New Product Development, Manufacturing/Contract manufacturing, packaging Development, R & D, Regulatory & Statuary Compliance
15 % Weightage - Experience in Supplier Governance : Identification, Evaluation, Induction, Audit and Management
10 % Weightage - Experience in Food Manufacturing, Quality Assurance Plant Logistics & Inventory Management
10 % Weightage - Exposure to Value Chain & COGS management : Commercial Acumen
05 % Weightage : It is mandatory for the incumbent to have handled the team
